NAI Partners Arranges Retail Lease with Milagro de Mexico at Houston Shopping Center

NAI Partners, a commercial real estate services business of Partners Real Estate Company, has arranged a 1,400-square-foot retail lease with Milagro de Mexico at Northbrook Shopping Center, located at 5264 W. 34th Street in Houston, TX.

NAI Partners’ Jason Gaines represented the landlord, SSS Northbrook Ceter LLC, in the transaction. The tenant, U.S. Hispanic Ventures, Inc. was represented by Braxton Brokenbrough. The transaction amount was not disclosed.

Northbrook Shopping Center is a 184,471-square-foot shopping center that Is anchored by a new El Rancho supermarket. The property provides visibility along U.S. 290. Current tenants include, Starbucks and WSS Shoes, and a DD’s Discounts is coming soon.

Erik Hamilton, who has more than 15 years in CRE journalism, is a former staff writer with the Los Angeles Times and the Orange County Business Journal. In addition to The Times and the OCBJ, he was also a reporter and editor for Crittenden Research, The San Bernardino Sun and UPI. Erik also worked six years in CRE public relations with Los Angeles-based Hoyt Organization, where he was a Senior Account Executive.
