NAI Partners Arranges Office Lease At One Katy Plaza In Houston
NAI Partners, a business of Partners Real Estate Company, recently arranged a 3,932-square-foot office lease for Senna Home Buyers at One Katy Plaza, located at 11111 Katy Freeway in Houston, TX.
NAI Partners’ Pierce Beyer, Jon Silberman, and Ryan DeGennaro represented the tenant, Senna Home Buyers in the transaction. The landlord was represented by Jack Russo with JLL.
According to a recent report by NAI Partner’s on Houston’s office market, Houston’s overall vacancy is at 24.9%, up 110 basis points from this time last year. Availability is at 29.0 percent, up 50 basis points from February 2022.
The Houston office market has recorded 1.7 million square feet of leasing activity, down 20 percent from 2.1 million square feet this time last year and the lowest amount on record for the first two months of the year, the report said.
