NAI Partners Announces Relocation to Four Oaks Place

Citing growth and the need for additional space, NAI Partners announced a relocation of its Houston office in fall 2019. The full-service commercial real estate company leased 20,000 square feet at Four Oaks Place, 1360 Post Oak Blvd. in the Uptown/Galleria submarket. The new space will be 6,000 square feet larger than NAI Partners’ current location at 1900 West Loop South.

NAI Partners’ Dan Boyles led negotiations for the company’s new space. The company’s Austin Ware also played a key role in the selection process, and will spearhead the buildout according to the company’s specifications.

Nuveen Real Estate and Allianz own Four Oaks Place; Transwestern handles leasing and property management services.

“We are investing significantly in the buildout, furniture and fixtures, and the space is significantly more open, allowing for greater communication and camaraderie in the office,” said John Silberman, NAI Partners’ managing partner.
