NAI Parsons Tapped to Lease Lawrence’s Riverwalk Innovation District

NAI Parsons Commercial Group Boston has been appointed as leasing agent for the Riverwalk Innovation District, a 3.6-million-square-foot mixed-use campus located at 280-500 Merrimack St. in Lawrence, MA. The property is owned and operated by The Lupoli Companies.

The NAI Parsons leasing team includes Matt Quinlan, managing director of Brokerage; Alex Berger, director – brokerage; Kurtis Gibbs, director – brokerage; and Miguel Encarnacion, advisor – brokerage. This team will represent the Lupoli Companies in all commercial leasing efforts at Riverwalk.
