NAI Norwood Brokers $5M Sale of Self-Storage Property in New Hampshire

Commercial real estate brokerage firm NAI Norwood Group has arranged the sale of Hudson Self Storage, a 321-unit self-storage facility in Hudson, N.H. The sales price was reported as $4.8 million.

Located just outside of Nashua near the New Hampshire-Massachusetts border, the facility totals 39,825 rentable square feet.

Joseph Mendola of NAI Norwood represented the seller, who was undisclosed, in the transaction. The institutional buyer was also secured and represented by Mendola.
