NAI James E. Hanson Arranges Two-Acre NJ Property Sale
NAI James E. Hanson, a New Jersey-based independent commercial real estate firm, has brokered the sale of a two-acre property at 476 Route 46 West in Hackettstown, NJ. The property includes a 7,200-square-foot retail building and a 4,100-square-foot warehouse. NAI James E. Hanson’s Anthony Cassano and Dick Hecker represented both the buyer, Amish Mike, and the seller, Robbie’s Music City. Terms of the sale was not disclosed.
Amish Mike, New Jersey’s largest supplier of handcrafted sheds, pool houses, gazebos, and furniture, plans to use the newly acquired adjacent property for additional storage and display space. Established in 1978, Amish Mike currently operates at 480 Route 46 and will benefit from the added 11,300 square feet of commercial space with 239 feet of highway frontage and ample parking.
“Warren County’s recent population growth makes it an attractive market for retailers looking to establish or grow their presence in northern New Jersey,” said Hecker. The property is located less than a mile from the 114,249-square-foot Mount Olive Parkade retail center.
