NAI Inks Leasing Deal for Two Long Beach Retail Centers

NAI Capital Commercial has been awarded the leasing assignment for two newly renovated, adjacent retail centers along Anaheim Street in Long Beach, California. David Maling will have the exclusive assignment.

Located at 1320 Atlantic Avenue and 955 E Anaheim Street, at the northeast corners of Anaheim Street and Atlantic Avenue, and Anaheim Street and Lime Avenue, respectively, both centers have undergone extensive renovation and are anchored by Smart & Final and Aldi.

Combined, the properties offer more than 140,000 square feet of retail space, with available suites ranging from approximately 1,079 to 6,174 square feet, outdoor patio and dining areas, ample parking, and strong traffic counts exceeding 50,000 and 35,000 vehicles per day at their respective intersections.

Long Beach’s strong residential base, diverse employment centers, two major colleges and year-round coastal climate support consistent customer traffic. Nearby Downtown offers a vibrant mix of retail, dining and entertainment.
