Austin’s South-by-Southwest (SXSW) brought hundreds of thousands of people to the Capital City from March 10-19 to enjoy music, film, entertainment, conferences and more. NAI

Partners’ Austin office developed an interesting infographic charting the “then-and-now” of SXSW – and Austin commercial real estate.

Specifically, the data focuses on Austin’s commercial real estate changes since the last time the city was in a similar market cycle. Perhaps, unsurprisingly, everything is up, with the exception of industrial net absorption, which fell in 2016, versus 2000.
