NAI Hiffman Team Arranges Pair of Industrial Deals

Connect Industrial is coming up on July 11 in Chicago. Here’s a link for more information about the conference and to register.

NAI Hiffman EVPs Mark Moran and Steve Connolly and associate broker Brett Tomfohrde recently arranged a pair of Chicagoland leases. In the first, NAI Hiffman represented tenant Intralot in leasing 41,300 square feet at GLP’s 575 W. Crossroads Pkwy. (pictured) in Bolingbrook, IL. The tenant produces software for lottery and entertainment services.

Additionally, the NAI Hiffman team represented sublessor Columbus McKinnon Corporation in a sublease at 2143 Internationale Pkwy. in Woodridge, IL. Talley, a distributor of wireless infrastructure, communications, and mobile products will sublease the 38,400-square-foot industrial space.

Colliers International’s Charles Canale represented Talley in the transaction.
