NAI Hiffman Secures Full-Building O’Hare Industrial Lease

NAI Hiffman represented Prologis in the full-building lease of a 120,985-square-foot distribution facility at 951 W. Thorndale Ave. in Bensenville, Illinois.

NAI Hiffman Vice President Paddy Dwyer, Executive Vice President Joe Bronson and Associate Broker Pat Clifford represented Prologis in the lease to BDK Express, a trucking and logistics company.

The Class B distribution center features 24-foot clear heights, 20 loading docks and immediate access to Interstate 390, with convenient connectivity to Illinois Route 83 and Interstates 290 and 355. The property is also close to O’Hare International Airport, providing efficient access to regional and national transportation for logistics and distribution operations.

“This lease demonstrates the continued demand for functional industrial space in infill locations with strong transportation access,” said Dwyer. “For logistics users in particular, proximity to O’Hare and multiple interstates remains highly desirable.” The lease comes amid increased activity in the O’Hare industrial submarket, which led all Chicago-area submarkets in new-lease deal velocity during the second quarter, with 37 transactions.
