NAI Hiffman Merging with Nicolson Porter & List

NAI Hiffman is acquiring industrial real estate firm Nicolson Porter & List (NPL), merging the companies together under the NAI Hiffman brand and platform, effective immediately with full integration slated to be completed by March 1, 2019. The combined company will operate as NAI Hiffman, and will expand its footprint at its Oakbrook Terrace HQ to accommodate recent client and employee growth.

NAI Hiffman’s David Petersen says, “The merger of our firms allows us to remain independent, and deliver personal and adaptable services to our clients while remaining nimble.”

NAI Hiffman currently operates from 13 locations, with more than 160 real estate professionals throughout the Chicago Metropolitan area and the Midwest.

NPL is the oldest industrial real estate services provider in Chicago, with a rich history dating back to 1910. It shares a similar independent ownership structure as NAI Hiffman, and provides a very complementary service offering.
