NAI Hiffman Lines Up Renewal for Stockbridge Capital

NAI Hiffman’s industrial services team has renewed a 74,678-square-foot, full-building lease at 355-359 Longview Dr. in Bloomingdale, IL on behalf of landlord Stockbridge Capital Group. The tenant, Christian Art Gifts, has used the property as its national distribution center since 2012.

EVPs Steve Connolly and Mark Moran and senior associate Brett Tomfohrde of NAI Hiffman represented Stockbridge Capital in lease negotiations. Cushman & Wakefield’s Sean Henrick represented Christian Art Gifts.

Located in the Central DuPage submarket, 355-359 Longview features 20 exterior docks, 30’ clear height, ESFR sprinklers and quick access to I-355 via Army Trail Road.
