NAI Hiffman Finalizes Five Leases at Lisle Offices 

NAI Hiffman recently completed five office leases totaling almost 30,000 square feet at 2200 Cabot Dr., a Class A office redevelopment in the Corporate Lakes office park in Lisle, IL.  

Patrick Kiefer and Jim Adler, EVPs with NAI Hiffman’s Office Services Group, represented building owner RE Development Solutions in lease negotiations with the tenants, including CAGE Civil Engineering, Capitas Financial Midwest, NSA Media, TD Synnex and Mathieson, Moyski, Austin & Co., LLP.

Cooperating brokers on the deals were Patrick Elwood of CBRE, William Main of CBIZ Gibraltar, Diana Riekse of CBRE, Kevin Rogers of JLL and Scott Fedyski and Jay Scholten of Capital Real Estate Partners. 

“2200 Cabot offers the perfect combination of an upscale boutique building with quality amenities, attentive management and a contemporary setting, all at a competitive price,” said Kiefer.
