NAI Hiffman Duo Arranges Trio of Industrial Deals

The NAI Hiffman team of Mark Moran and John Whitehead has arranged three industrial leases at 1701-1735 W. Armitage Ct. in Addison, IL on behalf of landlord Valencia Properties, LLC. In the largest of these, Whole Cubes, a new and used office furniture warehouse, signed on for 13,958 square feet. Colliers International’s Steve Kohn represented the tenant.

In the second transaction, Northern Machinery, an Illinois transport company, has committed to 4,194 square feet at the multi-tenant property. Finally, graphic designer 2MC Hydro Graphics plans to occupy 4,129 square feet there. Brown Commercial Group’s Daly Guzaldo represented 2MC Hydro Graphics.

Located in the Central DuPage submarket, 1701-1735 W. Armitage is currently 95% occupied with a single space of 4,076 square feet remaining available.
