NAI Hiffman Completes 14K-SF Office Lease at Cumberland Centre
NAI Hiffman announced that Zynga, Inc., a global leader in interactive entertainment, has signed a long-term lease for approximately 14,000 square feet of office space at Cumberland Centre, located at 5440 N. Cumberland in Chicago. The relocation marks an expansion for Zynga from its previous 12,448-square-foot space in a nearby single-story office complex.
Zynga, known for its popular social games like FarmVille and Words With Friends, was represented in the lease transaction by Jim Rose of JLL. Integris Ventures was represented by Wurtz and Jack Reardon of NAI Hiffman.
Cumberland Centre, a three-story office building situated in the heart of the O’Hare submarket, has recently undergone significant renovations. “We are thrilled to welcome Zynga to Cumberland Centre,” said David Tomlinson, managing director at Integris Ventures, owner of Cumberland Centre. “Their decision to lease space here is a testament to the property’s prime location, modern amenities and commitment to providing a superior tenant experience.”
