NAI Hiffman Closes Chicago Industrial Deals Totaling Over 1.2M SF

NAI Hiffman’s industrial brokerage team led by Executive Vice President Kelly Disser, together with Executive Vice President Mike Freitag, Senior Associate Bill Byrne and Associate TJ Feeney, has completed 16 transactions totaling more than 1.2 million square feet since late March.

The deals, a mix of leases and sales, span strategic industrial corridors across Chicago’s western and southwestern suburbs. More than 65% of the transactions involved food, cold storage or industrial outdoor storage uses.

“These transactions reflect the team’s ability to generate strong leasing and sales momentum across active industrial submarkets,” said Disser. “They also underscore our reputation for delivering results in a competitive landscape.”

Among the highlights was the 190,000-square-foot lease with BC Foods at 335 Crossroads Parkway in Bolingbrook. Represented by NAI Hiffman, BC Foods is relocating from nearby 485 Crossroads Parkway to accommodate growth. The lease brings the Prologis-owned building to full occupancy.
