NAI Hiffman Brings GSA to Lombard’s Aria Park

NAI Hiffman has represented ownership in securing a new tenant at the recently-rebranded Aria Park Innovation Center, 747 E. 22nd St. in Lombard, IL. That new tenant is Uncle Sam. The General Services Administration has committed to more than 70,000 square feet at the property, which was acquired by a New York-based data center developer in 2016.

Mike Van Zandt and Brian Edgerton of NAI Hiffman represented owner 747 Properties LLC in the transaction. GSA was represented by JLL’s Hugh Murphy and Alyssa Brooks.

“This has been an exciting project to participate in over the last two years,” said Edgerton. “The building location and pricing were key considerations in GSA’s selection of Aria Park Innovation Center. The data center will provide premium communication infrastructure for all tenants considering the asset.”

Remaining space at Aria Park is available for size requirements between 7,000 and 20,000 square feet.
