NAI Hiffman Arranges Trucking Firm’s Romeoville Lease

Representing Seefried Properties in joint venture with Clarion Partners, NAI Hiffman has completed a 150,364-square-foot industrial lease at the JV’s Romeoville Business Center, 1100-1150 W Airport Rd. in Romeoville, IL. JB Hunt, a large-scale trucking and transportation company, is taking more than half of the property’s 283,000 square feet.

NAI Hiffman EVP Daniel Leahy and SVP Benjamin Cremer represented Seefried Properties and Clarion Partners in the lease transaction; Ron Behm of Colliers International and David Lane of Burr & Temkin represented JB Hunt.

Located in the I-55 Corridor submarket, the Romeoville Business Center features 50 exterior loading docks, 120 trailer parking stalls, and close proximity to several major highways, including I-55, I-80 and I-355.
