NAI Hiffman Announces Lease at Arlington Heights Office Campus
NAI Hiffman represented a private ownership group in a 7,941-square-foot lease with Chicago Speech Therapy at 3436 N. Kennicott Avenue in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
Chicago Speech Therapy, a provider of services for children with speech and language disorders, will open its newest location within the two-building office campus. The practice has multiple locations in Chicago and the northern suburbs, and selected the Arlington Heights property for its accessibility and convenience for families throughout the northwest suburbs.
NAI Hiffman Executive Vice President Jason Wurtz, Associate Broker Sarah Walker and Associate Broker Bennett Baker represented the landlord in the transaction. “Chicago Speech Therapy’s long-term commitment reflects the tenant’s confidence in both the property and its location,” said Wurtz. “The campus offers the accessibility and flexibility that growing service-oriented tenants are looking for when making strategic real estate decisions.”
The two-building office campus features updated common areas, ample parking and proximity to Endeavor Health Northwest Community Hospital and the Dundee Road retail corridor.
