NAI Hanson Tapped to Lease former Barnes & Noble Headquarters

NAI James E. Hanson announced that SVPs W. Joshua Levering, SIOR, and Charles Laginestra, and associate Chris D’Andrea, have been tapped by First National Realty Management, LLC, as the exclusive leasing team for 120 Mountainview Blvd. in Basking Ridge, NJ.

The former world headquarters of Barnes & Noble, 120 Mountainview features a two-story lobby, an onsite cafe, outdoor seating, a bocce court, over 500 on-site parking spaces, and more. The property also offers a location near Interstates 78 and 287, providing access to Newark Liberty International Airport, New York City and Somerset County’s corporate corridor.

“This is a rare opportunity to secure a large block of Class-A space in one of the state’s most established corporate corridors,” said Levering. “With new ownership that is experienced and fully committed to reinvesting in the property, 120 Mountainview is perfectly suited for users seeking a striking headquarters that offers flexibility, connectivity, responsive ownership, and a full suite of premium amenities.”
