NAI Hanson Leases Up Mahwah Spec Industrial for Sitex

A full-building industrial lease for 271,176 square feet has been brokered by NAI James E. Hanson at Sitex Group’s newly-built 100 Performance Dr. in the Stateline Business Park, Mahwah, NJ. NAI Hanson’s Kenneth Lundberg and Patrick Lennon represented Sitex, while Brian Scheuer of Chaus Realty represented the tenant, Snow Joe DC, a manufacturer of eco-friendly lawn and garden tools.

Sitex had built 100 Performance Dr. on spec and engaged NAI Hanson as the property’s leasing agent. “With record property prices throughout much of Bergen County and a highly-limited supply of state-of-the-art buildings, submarkets like Mahwah present industrial users with an ideal mix of location, flexibility and access to a highly skilled workforce that make this area a perfect location for companies like Snow Joe,” said Lundberg.
