NAI Hanson Arranges Medical Office Lease in Chatham

NAI James E. Hanson arranged a 4,830-square-foot medical office space lease at 330 Main St. in Chatham, NJ. The firm’s Andrew Kirshenbaum represented the landlord, 330 Main Street, Chatham, LLC, in the transaction with the tenant, Helping Hands Family, which was represented by Zach Schwartz of MSC Retail, Inc.

330 Main St. is a single-tenant, 4,830-square-foot medical office building with 14 on-site parking spaces located in the heart of downtown Chatham.  Helpings Hands Family is an autism service provider with locations in five states across the Northeast.

“Many of today’s medical office tenants continue to place an emphasis on single-tenant buildings with visibility in downtown areas,” said Kirshenbaum. “That demand coupled with 330 Main Street’s proximity to public transportation and major highways made it an excellent fit for a variety of tenants in the market.”
