NAI Hanson Arranges Industrial Lease in NJ Meadowlands

NAI James E. Hanson negotiated a 110,000-square-foot industrial lease at 7300 West Side Ave. in North Bergen, NJ. The firm’s Scott K. Perkins, Tom Vetter, Jeff DeMagistris and Chris Todd represented the landlord, Link Logistics Real Estate. Wenying Tan of Oxford Property Group USA represented the tenant, High May, Inc.

After Perkins and colleagues Greg James and Todd negotiated the sale of 7300 West Side Ave. in October 2019, they were joined by Vetter and Jeff DeMagistris as the property’s leasing team. They secured prospective tenant High May, which will use the space for e-commerce warehousing and distribution.

“The Meadowlands remains one of the most in-demand industrial markets in the state,” said Perkins. “Our team was able to leverage our full suite of commercial real estate services and market expertise as well as our prior experience working with logistics at this property to secure a quality tenant.”
