NAI Hallmark Brokers $4M Sale of Jacksonville Apartment Portfolio

NAI Hallmark has completed the sale of the Justina Road Apartments portfolio for $4.3 million. The company’s Luke McCann brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller, a private investor.

“The property is an outstanding value-add opportunity within the rejuvenated Arlington submarket with significant capital investment being spent over the past three years across multiple asset classes,” described McCann.

 The multifamily asset was built in 1964 and consists of three 20-unit buildings situated on 1.19 acres. The property is located in Arlington between the St. Johns River and College Park, a redevelopment of the Town & Country Plaza.
