NAI Hallmark Arranges $4M Sale of Jacksonville Apartment Property

NAI Hallmark has arranged the $3.6 million sale of Arco Place Apartments, a multifamily property in Jacksonville.

The 48-unit multifamily property was built in 1965 in the Arlington submarket of Jacksonville. The property is located less than a mile from University Boulevard, the Arlington Expressway, and is within walking distance to several lifestyle retail destinations, including the recently rebranded College Park Shopping Center. The property is comprised of one- and two-bedroom floorplans.

Luke McCann and John Rutherford of NAI Hallmark brokered the transaction on behalf of the undisclosed seller. The buyer was also not disclosed.
