NAI Global Extends Midwest Footprint, Adding Pfefferle Brokerage

NAI Global has acquired the brokerage business of Appleton Bay, WI-based Pfefferle Companies. Now known as NAI Pfefferle, the firm’s 20 advisors and brokers specialize in office, industrial and retail leasing, investment sales and land sales. Pfefferle’s management platform will continue operating under its own brand.

“It’s important to us to be connected and branded with a national and international real estate services company, yet at the same time retain our own identity in keeping the Pfefferle name, which holds value in dozens of Wisconsin communities,” said NAI Pfefferle president Mike Pfefferle. “We look forward to generating business with other NAI offices, and getting integrated into the company’s systems as quickly as possible.”

At New York City-based NAI Global, president Jay Olshonky said, “NAI Pfefferle makes NAI Global stronger, extending the NAI footprint in the Midwest, serving hundreds upon hundreds of investors and companies in industrial, office and retail requirements.”
