NAI Capital Secures Land for Tustin Medical Office Development

NAI Capital (NAI) has secured the critical 3.5-acre land lease for developer ACS Development Group’s (ACS) Legacy Medical Plaza at the South Orange County Community College District’s (SOCCCD) Advanced Technology Education Park (ATEP) in Tustin, CA.

NAI’s David Knowlton, SIOR, CCIM, Mariko Beaver and Kirby Greenlee handled the land negotiation and are now managing pre-leasing for the 50,000-square-foot, two-story project.

ACS expects to deliver the Class A medical office building by the end of 2021.

ATEP is a master plan for 61.4 acres at Tustin Legacy, and includes Irvine Valley College’s IDEA Building. The goal of ATEP is to merge the practical business needs of the local community with the educational focus of SOCCCD.

SOCCCD Vice Chancellor of Business Service’s Ann-Marie Gabel said, “The Board of Trustees has remained steadfast in ensuring that the site leads to long-term success of SOCCCD students and the surrounding community.”
