NAI Capital Negotiates Ontario Deal

Upward Pacific, LLC signed a long term, 92,644-square-foot lease at 1567 S. Campus Ave. in Ontario with 51 Delivery, Inc. The tenant will occupy the entire warehouse.

The two-building industrial campus at 1567 and 1607 S. Campus Ave. contains 186,617 square feet. The property is situated near Ontario International Airport and has access to the San Gabriel Valley and the Greater Los Angeles Area via I-10 and SR-60. Other features include a 6,516-square-foot two-story office, 26-foot clear heights, 18 dock-high and two ground-level loading doors and a secured yard with 130 parking spaces.

NAI Capital’s Nicholas Chang, Richard Lee, Justin Kuehn and Sione Fua, along with JLL’s Mike McCrary and Eric Chou, negotiated the deal.

Brokers noted draws for the tenant included the outstanding West Ontario distribution location, combined with a large functional facility in a well-located distribution market.

Lee says, “Tenants are willing to pay for location and quality industrial space.”
