NAI Arranges Sale of Bellefontaine Apartments in Houston

NAI Partners has brokered the sale of 2232 Bellefontaine St., an 11,363-sq.-ft. apartment complex located in Houston’s University Place submarket.

The 12-unit Bellefontaine Apartments are located less than one mile from Texas Medical Center and have been recently updated. Features include On-Call Maintenance and Online Rent Payments.

Douglas Moore of NAI Partners represented the seller, PPCG Bellefontaine Realty, in the transaction. Purva Shah of Realm Real Estate Professional represented the buyer, 2232 Bellefontaine Realty LLC.
