NAI Arranges 43K-SF Office Lease in Metro Houston

Houston-based NAI Partners has arranged a 43,230-square-foot office lease for tenant Strike Construction LLC at Wildwood Corporate Centre I in Spring, Texas.

Wildwood Corporate Centre I is located at 460 Wildwood Forest Dr. Strike Construction is an engineering and construction firm.

Jon Silberman and Pierce Beyer of NAI Partners represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord was represented by Steve Rocher and Jason Presley of CBRE.
