Nagarro Signs Direct Lease for Full Floor at 195 Broadway

L&L Holding Company secured a new lease with Nagarro at 195 Broadway in Lower Manhattan. The tenant, which delivers data, AI and digital engineering services, first moved to 195 Broadway in November 2024 as a subtenant and has now signed an eight-year direct lease with L&L. Nagarro’s New York office will continue to span the 41,854 square feet it currently occupies across the entire 25th floor of the 1.1-million-square-foot office property, which was designed by renowned architect William Welles Bosworth.

“We are pleased that Nagarro has selected 195 Broadway as its permanent New York City home,” said L&L VP of leasing Tanya Grimaldo.  “Their agreement with us is a testament to all 195 Broadway has to offer: historic architecture, collaborative workspace, hands-on management and an unbeatable location within the transit-rich, bustling Downtown community.”

L&L was represented in-house by Jonathan Tootell, Grimaldo and Giannina Brancato. Nagarro was represented by Sinclair Li, Peter Shikar, and Connor DeSimone of CBRE.
