Naftali Launches Leasing at Williamsburg Wharf’s Third Rental Tower

Naftali Group and Access Industries have launched leasing at Four Williamsburg Wharf, the latest luxury rental building at Williamsburg Wharf, the 3.75-acre master-planned waterfront development along Williamsburg’s East River shoreline. It follows the successful launch of Williamsburg Wharf’s first luxury rental offerings, Two and Three Williamsburg Wharf, which are now more than 95% leased. One Williamsburg Wharf, the development’s first luxury condominium tower, is more than 65% sold.

Rising 22 stories, Four Williamsburg Wharf offers 128 market-rate luxury apartments alongside an exclusive collection of indoor and outdoor lifestyle amenities, marking the completion of the master-planned development’s first phase. Four Williamsburg Wharf is slated to open to residents this winter.

“The success of Williamsburg Wharf has reinforced our belief in the strength and vibrancy of this waterfront neighborhood and the strong demand for high-quality, design-forward luxury rentals and condominiums,” said Danielle Naftali, EVP of marketing, sales & design at Naftali Group.
