Nabors Drilling Sells 112K SF to Houston-Based Entity

A Houston buyer acquired a campus consisting of 111,530 square feet of industrial office and manufacturing buildings. Rhone Brittmoore Logistics LP, led by Avi Ron of Urban Meridian Group, bought the northwest Houston property from Nabors Drilling Technologies USA Inc.

The site at 11330 Brittmoore Park once housed regional operations for oil field services company Tesco Corp. In late 2017, Houston-headquartered Nabors acquired the Canadian company for $216 million.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeff Peden, SIOR, Scott Miller, and David Cook, SIOR represented the seller; while Clay Pritchett, SIOR and Zane Carman, of NAI Partners negotiated on behalf of the buyer. Rhone Brittmoore retained NAI Partners to market the property for lease, with spaces available ranging from 16,000 to 111,530 square feet.
