N. Las Vegas Industrial Hybrid Flips For $16.85M
Ogron Properties sold off a 100,000-square-foot industrial hybrid building in North Las Vegas for $16.85 million. 70% was industrial, 30% was office space. Ogron, known for also developing the location’s surrounding retail, is set to construct a 77,000-square-foot industrial building adjacent to the property. The buyer was a tenants-in-common 1031 exchange purchaser.
The property is located at the intersection of E. Craig Rd. and Bruce St., providing immediate access to the I-15 Freeway via Craig Rd. Interchange. The asset sits in a high-growth trade area and offers convenient access to the I-15 Freeway and CC 215 Beltway.
Andrey Mindirgasov led a Colliers team in bringing in the 1031 exchange. The seller, Ogron Properties, was represented by a Colliers’ team led by Adam Malan.
