Eighty oceanfront units at the Yachtsman Resort in Myrtle Beach are now available for purchase. Hybridge Capital is offering the units. Lemonjuice Solutions sold the Property to Hybridge Capital for $12.75 million in January 2024. The property consists of two towers and 160 units.

The units offered for sale will be individually deeded, each with direct ocean views and full resort access. Amenities include two outdoor and one indoor pool, and the rooms all have full kitchens.

In the heart of Myrtle Beach, The Yachtsman is known for its central boardwalk location and proximity to dining, shopping, and entertainment.

Hybridge says units are being offered at an average of $300 per square foot, compared to market comps averaging $395 per square foot.
