Myers & Crow Sells 173K-SF Dallas Suburban Office

Myers & Crow Co. has sold the Dominion Legacy Office Center and the Lakeside II Office Center to Aztec Fund. The seller developed the suburban Dallas complexes, which total 173,214 square feet. CBRE’s Gary Carr, Eric Mackey, John Alvarado, Jared Chua, Robert Hill, and Pete Van Amburgh represented the seller. The sales price was undisclosed.

The properties were completed in 2014 and 2015, and are 100% leased to single tenants. The 80,964-square-foot Lakeside II, at 2900 Lake Vista Dr. in Lewisville, TX is leased to Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America. Meanwhile, Dominion Legacy serves as the global corporate headquarters of CompuCon Systems. That building at 8383 Dominion Pkwy. in Plano, TX is 92,250 square feet.
