My Gym to Open Third Location in BK

My Gym has signed a third location in Brooklyn, located at City Point, 445 Albee Square. The 4,800 square-foot space on the mezzanine level will offer My Gym’s renowned mix of fun activities and educational experiences for children ages three months to 10 years. Garry Steinberg of Lee & Associates NYC represented My Gym, while Corey Lober, Director of Leasing for City Point, represented the building owner, Acadia Realty Trust.

 With over 700 locations globally, My Gym is known for its engaging classes and memorable birthday parties. The addition of My Gym adds to City Point’s retail and entertainment offerings, which include Target, Trader Joe’s, Alamo Drafthouse, and DeKalb Market. The new location is scheduled to open in August 2024, My Gym plans to offer special promotions and events for local families.
