MXU Wolf Crossing Construction Commences
CWS Development broke ground on Wolf Crossing, a 42-acre, 250,000-square-foot retail center in Georgetown, TX. The development, situated north of Austin at Interstate 35 and SH 29, will feature restaurants, medical facilities and neighborhood services, as well as a hotel and grocery store.
Shop space is scheduled for delivery in Q3 2019, with store openings set for later in the year. JLL’s Jon Switzer and Barry Haydon are spearheading marketing and leasing efforts. The roster of anticipated retailers includes Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites, Verizon, P. Terry’s, Jason’s Deli, Tiff’s Treats, First Watch café and Salons by JC.
Wolf Crossing supports the 2016 Georgetown Merchandising Strategy by providing space for retailers that fills the identified gaps, predominately across multiple restaurant categories. “Wolf Crossing will deliver a unique, top-of-the-line customer experience, ideally suited for perspective retailers interested in establishing themselves in this growing market,” Switzer said.
