MXU Telge Crossing Going North on 24 Acres

Local commercial real estate company i3 Interests has begun construction on Telge Crossing, a 24-acre mixed-use project in Cypress, TX, on the Houston metro’s northwest side. Upon completion, the project at Telge and Jarvis Roads will offer 15,000 square feet of retail, 12,000 square feet of medical office space, several pad sites, and a 303-unit apartment complex.

Arch-Con Corp. and Identity Architects are the general contractor and architect, respectively, for the retail and medical office buildings. Domain Builders is heading up multifamily construction; W Partnership is the architect. Edge Realty is overseeing retail leasing, while Transwestern is tapped to fill the medical office component.
