MXU to Rise on Former Eugene, OR Church Site
The former site of an Assembly of God church building in Eugene, OR is pegged for a mixed-use development that would contain apartments and retail space. Local developer Mike Coughlin is planning to start the $22 million project in May 2017, with completion hoped for summer 2018.
The unnamed development at Hilyard Street and East 32nd Avenue will total 112,500 square feet, including approximately 100 apartments. Below-ground parking is also part of the plan. The exact number of apartments and retail space will firm up as groundbreaking comes closer.
