Muse at Torrey Pines’ Lease-up Comes Just Six Months After Completion
Wrapping up what promises to be another year of record-breaking life sciences growth, Muse at Torrey Pines, a 186,000 square-foot life sciences campus repositioned by The RMR Group, is now 100 percent leased. The lease-up comes just six months after completion.
Surgalign Spine Technologies, Organogenesis Inc. and Aegis Life signed leases to bring Muse to 85 percent occupancy at completion. More recently, Prometheus Biosciences joined to bring the campus to full occupancy.
The three-building campus significantly expands life science leasing opportunities in the third-ranked life science cluster in the U.S. Muse is situated on a Torrey Pines hillside with views, and offers connectivity with outdoor space at Torrey Pines restaurant, surfboard storage and customizable floorplans.
