Murtha Joins Cushman & Wakefield

Looking for commercial space in Brooklyn? Rico T. Murtha has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a director to focus on tenant representation in the Brooklyn market.
“He knows how to identify those particular buildings and owners that will make the best match for a client,” said Betty Castro, managing principal for Cushman & Wakefield. “Rico Murtha brings extensive knowledge of the commercial real estate inventory throughout New York City.”
Murtha previously served as a partner with Capstone Realty Advisors, representing small and mid-size firms in office relocations, lease renewals, expansions, subleasing and lease auditing.
