Murphy to Develop 1M SF in Brown Field Tech Park

Murphy Development Company is on pace to develop 1 million square feet of class-A industrial buildings in Brown Field Technology Park. The park is a 50-acre master-planned corporate industrial development in Otay Mesa.

The development is entitled for more than 3.2 million square feet with signature Murphy Development corporate design guidelines, landscaping and CC&Rs. Brown Field Technology Park has two recorded final maps, all secured entitlements, and permits pulled for grading and improvement. Lot grading on the northern unit 1 was completed in the fourth quarter of 2014.

Shell buildings can be completed in 12 months from lease execution. Current building designs range from 80,000 to 350,000 square feet, and are designed for manufacturing and distribution tenants.

Brown Field Technology Park is located at the Britannia Boulevard diamond interchange on the SR-905 freeway completed in Fall 2012. The park has high freeway visibility and ingress/egress for potential users and tenants who can also take advantage of the San Diego-owned Brown Field Airport directly across Otay Mesa Road.
