Murphy Development Joins Team on Skokie Resi

8000 North LLC formed a partnership with Murphy Development Group, a division of Murphy Real Estate Services, for the ownership and development of 8000 North, a residential tower in downtown Skokie, IL. It’s scheduled to be completed in late 2021 and the Village of Skokie is also partnering in the project, for what will be the village’s first new rental apartment development in decades.

“Bringing Murphy Development into the project is a natural progression, as they will provide a depth of experience and resources to deliver high-quality luxury living and shopping to Chicago’s greater north shore area,” said Norm Hassinger, representative for 8000 North LLC. “With their financial commitment in place, it will ensure the successful completion of the project.”

8000 North LLC and Murphy Real Estate Services will be jointly financing and managing the construction through the completion of the project.
