Multitenant Retail in Indiana Fetches New Ownership

Marcus & Millichap closed the sale of Diamond Plaza, a 26,524-square foot retail property located in Portage, IN. The asset sold for $4,006,250. 

“Multitenant retail has become a more crucial component in today’s market, providing investors with a diverse range of options and creative ways to increase returns,” said associate Tarek Chbeir.

The buyer, a private investor, was secured and represented by Chbeir, a retail investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Orlando office. Josh Caruana, broker of record in Indiana, assisted in closing this transaction. 

Diamond Plaza is located at 6630 U.S.6 in Portage. The property is located right off U.S. 6 near major national retailers and restaurants including Buffalo Wild Wings, Texas Roadhouse and Walmart.
