Multitenant Fairfield Plaza Sells to Woodside Health

Fairfield Plaza, an 83,000-square-foot, multitenant medical/retail property sold to Woodside Health of Cleveland, OH. Developer Radler Enterprises Inc. sold the property at 15103 Mason Rd. in Cypress, TX, a suburb of Houston.

David Carter CCIM of Colliers International represented the seller in the transaction. Beth Young CCIM, also with Colliers, negotiated on behalf of the buyer.

The five-building asset, situated on 9.4 acres in the Houston metro’s northwest submarket, came online in 2014. The property is 93% occupied by medical and retail tenants including Fairlakes Family Dentistry, DaVita Kidney, and HCA Healthcare, which is the anchor.

“The prior owners were attracted to this location due to the explosive growth in Cypress,” said Woodside’s Ben Sheridan. “They developed a fantastic property, and we look forward to finishing the work to create the vibrant medical and retail center they envisioned.”
