Multimillion-Dollar Renovation Underway on One and Three Riverway

Unilev Management Corp., in conjunction with Azrieli Group and CBRE, commenced a multi-million-dollar infrastructure upgrade and renovation of One and Three Riverway in Houston’s Riverway/Galleria/Uptown area. The Riverway complex consists of two Class A office buildings, totaling 880,000 square feet.

The renovations are focused on upgraded lobbies, which will feature coffee bars, delis and tenant lounges, along with fitness and conference centers. The new design will also offer collaborative seating areas, with complementary Wi-Fi. Other upgrades will focus on common areas, elevator lobbies and restrooms on multi-tenant floors. Ziegler Cooper Architects is the designer of record.

Contractor Endurance Builders began renovations to the interiors of both buildings, with completion anticipated by the end of 2018. CBRE’s Kristen Rabel, Marilyn Guion, and Parker Duffie are the leasing representatives. Unilev Management Corporation provides on site management for the buildings. Notable tenants include Texas Capitol Bank, King Ranch, Martin Energy and Thompson Coe.
