Multifamily Veteran Martinez Joins Keller Williams ONEChicago
Frank Martinez has joined Keller Williams ONEChicago as director of multifamily investments. Martinez is a longtime real estate practitioner, volunteer, and national speaker, whose new role will focus on client relations and business development for ONEChicago’s Multifamily Investment Advisory Services.
“Frank is a forward-thinking leader and client advocate with an impressive track record as a broker and investor,” said Tony Hardy, ONEChicago’s multifamily division executive director.
Martinez has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate. He joins ONEChicago after working as a top-producing broker in Marcus & Millichap’s multifamily investments and advisory division.
Most recently, he closed a six-building, 237-unit deal in Chicago’s South Shore neighborhood. The deal traded for $17,050,000, reportedly the largest transaction by dollar volume and unit count in South Shore since the onset of the pandemic.
