Multifamily Sitting Pretty Between Orlando and Tampa Trades for $101M
Berkadia has arranged the $100.5-sale of Indigo Champions Ridge, a brand-new, 300-unit Class AA garden-style apartment community located midway between Orlando and Tampa in Davenport, FL.
The property sits in Polk County just north of the I-4 and Highway 27 interchange between two of the nation’s fastest growing MSAs; per Berkadia, Orlando and Tampa rank 3rd and 5th, respectively, for net in-migration.
Brett Moss, Tyler Swidler, Cole Whitaker and Matt Mitchell of Berkadia represented the sellers, Peachtree Corners, GA-based Red Clay Development Partners and Atlanta, GA-based Atlantic Residential. Middleburg, VA-based Middleburg Real Estate acquired the property.
The three-story, garden-style community was completed in 2022. Indigo Champions Ridge amenities include resort-style swimming pool with deck, 24-hour fitness center, yoga lawn, Bocce ball courts, outdoor pavilions with fire pits and grilling stations, complimentary coffee and craft beer bars, co-working lounge, dog washing station and bark park and a package locker system.
