Multifamily Sales Team Leaves C&W for ARA Newmark

A team of nine multifamily sales brokers joined ARA Newmark’s Bay Area brokerage ranks from Cushman & Wakefield. The additions in Palo Alto bolster the apartment unit of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, a division of BGC Partners.

SF ARA Newmark BrokersLed by Justin Bautista and Brian Henry, the team includes Matt Thomson, Steve Zirelli, Vinay Bhatia, Scott Kilpatrick, Bryan Danforth, Joel Hopman, and Justin Sieber.

Bautista and Henry bring more than 25 years of combined experience, and the team has closed nearly $4 billion in transactions over their careers. The group also has expertise in development site sales, raw land, mobile home parks, and net-leased acquisitions.

The additions are the latest in a string of noteworthy recruitments by NGKF across the country, as it continues to make strides to regain market share.
